The hotel was wonderful and impeccably clean everywhere. The staff was well-trained and attentive, we got their full attention. The location of the property was central, close to an office building, Mataram, the city center of lombok island and Indonesia. There was a roof top bar. Liked our stay, would like to stay longer.

During my recent stay at Golden Palace Hotel Lombok, I had a fantastic experience with the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. They made sure all my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and attention to guest satisfaction.

The beds and work desk are super comfy, making for an easy stay. The breakfast is great, and the pool on the 12th floor offers a fantastic view. The room is one of the biggest in Mataram, with a comfortable Extra King Size bed and a spacious bathroom. The rooftop restaurant has a buffet dinner at a reasonable price. The hotel's location is also convenient, with a grocery store next door and a laundry service across the street.
